Core Gen AI / Generative AI Architect - Director

Overview

As a Core Gen AI / Generative AI Architect at Director level, you will shape client-focused generative AI solutions within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will set strategic direction, lead business development, guide multiple client engagements, develop leaders, and advance responsible technology use.

What you'll do

• Set strategic direction for generative AI architecture across client engagements and identify opportunities to scale solutions.
• Lead the design of Gen AI platforms, reference architectures, and cognitive automation patterns aligned to client business goals.
• Advise executives on AI roadmap choices, operating models, governance structures, and adoption planning.
• Drive business development activities by shaping pursuits, proposals, and solution narratives for AI transformation work.
• Guide solution design across data pipelines, model integration, deployment patterns, and digital tooling for enterprise use cases.
• Oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams across multiple workstreams while coordinating timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate complex analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts into practical client recommendations.
• Advance responsible AI practices, model lifecycle controls, and data quality methods across solution design.
• Develop thought leadership, new service offerings, and innovative approaches for generative AI and automation.
• Coach emerging leaders and build team capability in AI fluency, system design, and client delivery.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 16 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering.
• Generative AI architecture experience across enterprise environments.
• Experience leading client discussions on AI strategy, delivery, and adoption planning.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable AI solution designs.
• Experience applying data science, machine learning, and NLP methods.
• Experience mentoring teams while shaping thought leadership and market opportunities.
