Core Operations - Manager

Overview

Core Operations - Manager serves as a liaison between client/IM service teams and sub custodians/depositories to ensure proper settlement of security and cash transactions.

What you'll do

• Act as an intermediary to ensure settlement of security and cash transactions.
• Ensure sub custodian/depository messages are received daily per operating requirements/SLAs.
• Resolve exceptions/problems timely, accurately, and with documentation.
• Use review and control procedures to adhere to operating procedures.
• Serve as a technical information and training source for entry-level staff.
• Support day-to-day operational procedures and assist with management reporting.
• Provide guidance to associates and participate in training, seminars, and special projects as needed.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
