Overview

Support day-to-day landside operations by executing standardized operational, administrative, and technical activities for truck and rail cargo/container transportation.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned landside operational activities for truck and rail transportation.
• Coordinate and monitor transport activities to support timely cargo movement.
• Execute standardized operational and administrative processes per established procedures.
• Track assigned shipments, transport milestones, and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and system information.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth transport execution.
• Handle routine operational queries, follow-ups, and exceptions within defined processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in landside operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of truck and rail transportation processes and cargo/container movement.
• Knowledge of standardized operational procedures and work routines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy handling operational data and documentation.
• Ability to work independently within defined processes and guidelines.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
