Trainee Analyst

Overview

Trainee Analyst role supporting end-to-end loan settlement processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage the disbursal and collection of loan documentation with precision.
• Review and verify documents according to banking and compliance standards.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate settlement records.
• Ensure timely updates across trackers and internal systems.
• Follow AML, CTF, and internal risk and compliance frameworks.
• Deliver within defined SLAs and reporting timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
• Clear communication skills with fluent English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within structured processes.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
• Australian shift timings with a 3:00–4:00 AM start, Mon–Fri.
