Senior Analyst Residential Credit drafts construction contracts and lien waivers for multi-family real estate operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow execution.

What you'll do

• Review contract requests and supporting documents in Yardi workflow.
• Draft standardized contracts, lien waivers, and pay applications.
• Verify vendor credentialing status in RealPage before proceeding.
• Route contracts through DocuSign for VP approval and signature.
• Upload executed contracts back into Yardi and complete workflow steps.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation, including spreadsheets.
• Respond to vendor and internal queries from a shared mailbox.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years total experience.
• 2+ years in contract/legal operations or construction.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Familiarity with US legal terminologies and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and legal risk awareness.
• Education: any graduate; any postgraduate; law graduates strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi, DocuSign, RealPage, SharePoint, and MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
