Project Finance – Infrastructure Finance / Clean Energy Finance - Assistant Vice President

Overview

Assistant Vice President role in project finance and infrastructure finance, focused on credit risk assessment, financial modelling, transaction execution, and portfolio reviews across infrastructure subsectors.

What you'll do

• Conduct due diligence and credit risk assessments for infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain financial models for project finance transactions.
• Analyze transaction risks and recommend protective structures.
• Prepare credit memorandums, annual and quarterly reviews, waivers, and amendment documents.
• Support transaction execution and system setup.
• Manage credit exposure and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Research industry trends, geopolitical issues, and legal and regulatory frameworks.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of relevant project finance experience.
• Experience funding large infrastructure projects.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Understanding of credit risk management and commercial requirements.
• Experience in financial services or consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• MBA in Finance, PGDBM, CA, or CFA.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure-sector experience, including renewable energy, energy transition, storage, roads and highways, or data centers.
