Overview
Vice President-level Banker for Corporate Banking, partnering with Institutional Banking to drive revenue through client investment strategies, cross-selling, capital deployment, and risk management.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with the Institutional Banking team to plan investment strategies and solutions for major market clients.
- Provide relationship management support in partnership with Senior Bankers.
- Support day-to-day cash management and trading initiatives.
- Assist with vendor finance, foreign exchange, loan activity, and debt capital markets efforts.
- Support cross-selling across products and services by identifying customer needs.
- Evaluate public filings, research reports, operations, business plans, and financial forecasts for strategic/financial analyses.
- Stay current on market and industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
What you'll need
- 6-10 years of experience.
- Understanding of Corporate Banking business and related products.
- Knowledge of regulations affecting Corporate Banking and the lending/credit approval process.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Planning, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with large corporate clients and capital markets products, including derivatives, credit, cash management, trade finance, and securities products.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses.
- Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.
