Vice President- Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS)- Lead Specialist

Overview

Vice President role within Citi’s Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) Business Execution team, translating regulatory requirements into technology deliverables and governing controls across a significant technology portfolio.

What you'll do

• Elicit and translate complex regulatory requirements into BRDs and technology epics for controls lifecycle auditability.
• Produce analysis, impact assessments, and presentations for senior forums and act as controls requirements SME.
• Identify process gaps and root causes across regions/product lines and develop current/future-state process maps for control enhancements.
• Execute end-to-end product development lifecycle including scoping releases, tracking priorities, and incorporating regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Manage Agile planning and delivery ceremonies for the Controls technology Book of Work in Jira and coordinate governance reporting and OKR governance.
• Support Model Risk Management activities, including performance monitoring, documentation, and lifecycle oversight for AI-driven models.
• Coordinate third-party oversight documentation, monitoring, and reporting requirements.

What you'll need

• Significant project execution and business analysis experience in financial services with delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience with Trade and Working Capital products including Core Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Purchase, and Trade Loans.
• Experience managing regulatory and enterprise policy change programmes and producing actionable business requirements for technology delivery teams.
• Track record driving governance, process improvement, control optimisation, and root cause analysis with measurable outcomes.
• Practical Agile delivery experience including backlog management, epics, user stories, and Agile ceremonies using Jira.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills including high-quality presentations.
• Bachelor’s/University degree (Master’s degree preferred).
