Overview
Work as a Coupa Config Developer supporting the implementation and support of Coupa Risk Assess projects. Collaborate with Business and Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Platform Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver configuration, deployment support and timely project outcomes.
What you'll do
- Learn Coupa capabilities and technical configuration in the tool quickly.
- Understand business requirements and the design of Coupa Risk Assess developed for Deutsche Bank.
- Manage configuration changes in Coupa Risk Assess and reporting.
- Work with Architects and the Platform Owner to support the mission for program deployment.
- Investigate and resolve incidents escalated to development/L3 within defined SLAs.
- Perform Coupa release testing, report issues and resolve problems.
- Ensure implementation of best practices based on industry standards.
- Participate in reviews, check solution feasibility and functional fitment as per Deutsche Bank standards and best practices, and align customer expectations to ensure smooth and timely project delivery and support.
- Build knowledge by documenting configuration and enriching the Key Operating Principles.
- Prepare and deliver maintenance documentation and periodically update the configuration workbook.
- Suggest process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of total experience.
- At least 3 years in software configuration/support engineering, especially Coupa Risk Assess implementation.
- At least 2 years of experience in workflow configuration in Coupa or similar products.
- Good exposure to DBMS concepts and experience designing reports in Coupa Risk Assess.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile processes.
- Strong customer focus with experience working with cross-functional/cross-department teams.
- A self-starter with strong organization skills, resolution management, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT-related discipline, or equivalent work experience or diploma.
- Articulate and experienced communicator able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and virtual teams.
Nice to have
- Technical knowledge of SFTP, Unix and data exchange mechanisms.
- Experience in Vendor Risk Management.
- Coupa certification.
