CSE Engineer

Overview

CSE Engineer (Product) provides technical expertise to translate customer needs into KONE product requirements and coordinate engineering work for handover to maintenance.

What you'll do

• Work with sales to select optimal KONE products for non-standard engineering needs.
• Create and update non-standard product plans and product specifications.
• Perform technical site surveys and own technical content of the order.
• Coordinate product lead times and support availability and lead-time planning.
• Ensure installability and account for installation cost and work effort in product plans.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Provide content for pre-booking reviews and execute holistic product planning activities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in teams with diverse backgrounds.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
