Sr. Design Engineer

Overview

Sr. Design Engineer supporting pre-sales engineering for Fire Detection System global projects, aligned to country-specific standards.

What you'll do

• Support pre-sales engineering for Fire Detection System projects as per country-specific standards.
• Review project inputs/specifications and capture project scope and requirements.
• Review MEP drawings/specifications/SOP and identify Fire Detection System equipment needs.
• Prepare and participate in project kick-off/review meetings, including logs and minutes.
• Create bill of material, cost estimates, costing sheets, and related technical documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance, on-time delivery, and handle escalations with evidence.

What you'll need

• Preferred 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in Fire Detection System.
• BE/ME in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communication.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Detection System.
• Expertise in NFPA / BS 5839 / EN / FM.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Experience using Blue Beam.
