Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, lead the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Ensure applications meet required specifications and quality standards while aligning development with business needs and project goals.

What you'll do

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
Act as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as an SME.
Make team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

What you'll need

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience designing scalable data models.
Experience developing and optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration and reporting.
Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
15 years full-time education.
