What you'll do

• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make decisions for the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
• Design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• Deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions tailored to specific business needs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
• Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between financial systems.
• Competence in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
