Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Lead quality engineering activities and guide a team in developing testing strategies, managing test execution, and resolving defects. The role requires Salesforce Data 360 skills and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement testing strategies aligned with project goals.
• Define metrics for evaluating testing processes.
• Manage test execution and defect resolution.
• Mentor junior quality engineering team members.
• Participate actively in team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of overall experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Data.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
• Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets for testing strategies.
• 15 years of full-time education.
