Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop and enhance custom full-stack enterprise software using Java and modern frameworks, with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and integration.

What you'll do

• Develop front-end and back-end application components.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs.
• Implement RAG-based features where relevant.
• Deliver robust and scalable solutions using engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of Java Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, focused on integration rather than model training.
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot, .NET, or Python.
• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
• 15 years of full-time education.
