What you'll do

• Design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
• Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to meet unique business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
