Custom Software Engineer role to design, code and enhance software components, delivering scalable solutions tailored to business needs using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
• Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
• 15 years full-time education.
