Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to deliver effective, scalable enterprise software solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, build and configure applications tailored to business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and management principles related to enterprise data systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Skill in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in dynamic business contexts.
• 15 years full time education.
