Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop and deliver scalable enterprise applications as a Custom Software Engineer, combining Java full-stack development with cloud, integration, and practical AI implementation.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and deploy backend and frontend application solutions.
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures with senior architects.
• Build integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Implement practical AI features using cloud AI services or ML frameworks.
• Support containerization, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize application performance and security through testing and code reviews.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience is required.
• 5–12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role.
• Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and integration patterns.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or similar.
