Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored software aligned with organizational processes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs.
• Actively participate in the design phase to create tailored applications that align with organizational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in the documentation and validation of business processes to ensure alignment with software design.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
• Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
• 15 years full time education.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with software design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.

• Location: Mumbai office.
• Educational qualification: 15 years full time education is required.
