Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems or applications using SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA), S/4 ABAP, modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code and enhance components across systems or applications.
• Analyze and fix medium to complex FICA issues through debugging and process knowledge.
• Log defects using HPQC.
• Support FICA activities including payment posting, accounting, write-off, returns, installment plans and the dunning process.
• Work hands-on with FICA objects.
• Work hands-on with RICEFW objects.
• Resolve user issues and support users with daily operational tasks.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 year(s) of experience.
• 15 years full time education.
• S/4 ABAP development knowledge.
• Experience in SAP using FICA.
• Experience in ISU ABAP Technical.
• ABAP experience.
• Good communication skill.
• Flexible to work.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good analytical skill and presentation skill.
• Decision-making ability.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP ISU billing.
