Software Engineer - TP3

Overview

Join the Enterprise Operations Team as a Salesforce Developer supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise lines of business. Design, develop and maintain scalable solutions that enable end users to leverage the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Data 360 and Experience Cloud.

What you'll do

• Develop, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform, covering all aspects of the system lifecycle.
• Support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate as an agile delivery team using Scrum or Kanban to deliver regular incremental value.
• Manage and track work items using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and traceability of requirements.
• Contribute to and operate within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust and reliable deployments.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practices and governance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and delivery standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud core components.
• Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy and support.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and declarative tools.
• Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features, including field-level security, profiles and permissions.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including SAFe Agile.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including working with stakeholders.
• Evidential problem-solving skills.
