Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, code and enhance custom software components across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talend ETL.
• Proficiency in Talend ETL.
• Experience designing and implementing data integration workflows using Talend ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of data transformation, extraction and loading processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and automation techniques to support ETL processes.
• 15 years full time education.
