Custom Software Engineer role focused on designing, coding, and enhancing custom software components using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across teams.
• Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience (per ad requirement) in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for business analytics.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data workflows for performance.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to business intelligence solutions.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
