Overview

What you'll do

• Design, code, and enhance software components across systems or applications.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Make team-level decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions for problems affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Facilitate regular team meetings on project goals and progress.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of overall experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Development Strategy.
• Proficiency in Product Development Strategy.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with software architecture and design principles.
• 15 years of full-time education.
