Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the design, build and configuration of software applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
• Design and implement test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.
• Troubleshoot challenges that arise during the development lifecycle and ensure applications meet required standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• Proficiency in Selenium, API Testing, Java Enterprise Edition and Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices for software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with API Testing, Java Enterprise Edition and Playwright.
