Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop and enhance custom software solutions that integrate across systems and applications, while leading a team and driving agile project delivery at the Mumbai office.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to meet project milestones.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management (must have).
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies to drive project execution.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical and scalable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
