Operations Transformation - Vice President - Change, Analytics & Strategy

Overview

Team Manager role at Vice President level in the Operations Transformation team within the Firmwide Operations division, driving Microsoft Dynamics solutions at scale for Global Operations.

What you'll do

• Show a strong understanding of AI implementation in software development.
• Show a good understanding of agents and agentic AI workflows.
• Act as regional owner and point person for all Dynamics related items (EMEA).
• Deliver technology products that delight end-users.
• Apply strong analytical skills and business orientation.
• Define business outcomes and KPIs against business value delivered, communicate progress and escalate issues.
• Operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of relevant experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI or Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Own product backlogs, prioritize, sequence and apply the agile framework.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by strong project management skills.
• Goal-oriented, work well in teams and embrace a transformational mindset.
• Front-to-back knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence the team, with a comprehensive understanding of job-related operational/compliance policies and procedures.
• Think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives and risks on the operational budget.
• Address non-standard issues within area of expertise.
• Be a culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you.
