Overview
Develop custom software solutions for automotive ADAS applications by designing, coding, enhancing, and integrating software components across systems. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business and functional requirements.
What you'll do
- Design and implement ADAS application software in C++ and Python for ACC, LKA, AEB, FCW, BSD, and RCW features per OEM Tier 1 functional requirements.
- Develop and optimize sensor fusion algorithms integrating camera mono, stereo radar 77 GHz, and LiDAR data for object detection and tracking.
- Integrate ADAS feature software with AUTOSAR Adaptive and Classic middleware layers and vehicle communication stacks including CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, SOME/IP.
- Execute software unit testing and component integration testing with traceability to system requirements using VectorCAST, Google Test, or equivalent tools.
- Perform code reviews, ensure compliance with MISRA C++ 2023 automotive coding standards, and conduct static analysis using Polyspace or LDRA.
- Collaborate with system engineers to refine requirements and create software design specifications aligned with ASPICE SWE 1 to SWE 3 process areas.
- Debug and resolve software defects identified during HIL, SIL, and on-vehicle testing using hardware debug tools and trace analysis.
- Support ASPICE-compliant documentation including SRS, SDD, test plans, test reports, and change management records.
- Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with OEM Tier 1 stakeholders during integration milestones and feature demonstrations.
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ADAS Automotive Embedded SDV domain.
- BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python with automotive embedded software development experience in the ADAS domain.
- Knowledge of ADAS algorithms including object detection, multi-sensor tracking, path prediction, and scene understanding.
- Understanding of AUTOSAR Adaptive and Classic Platform architecture, software component design, and service interfaces.
- Experience with camera ISP, CV pipelines, radar 77 GHz, CAN, Ethernet, or LiDAR sensor data processing.
