Overview

Lead the design, build and configuration of applications as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

• Document technical specifications and design decisions to support development and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
• 15 years full time education.
