Custom Software Engineering Associate

Overview

Support marketing operations by developing, testing, and optimizing responsive HTML email campaigns. The role combines email design, personalization, automation, data handling, and campaign quality control.

What you'll do

• Gather campaign requirements from project managers and marketing stakeholders.
• Develop responsive HTML email templates from PSD designs.
• Implement dynamic and personalized email content using AMPscript or SSJS.
• Test email rendering across clients, devices, desktop, and mobile.
• Resolve HTML and CSS issues during campaign development and execution.
• Record campaign updates, data points, and timestamps in request-management tools.
• Complete process checklists and reports for clients and leadership.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive email templates.
• Knowledge of email design, UX, deliverability, and accessibility practices.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, and email automation.
• Familiarity with Braze, Eloqua, and Adobe Builder.
• Experience with email testing and A/B test analysis.
