Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Overview

Software Engineer (Full Stack) developing and maintaining modern web applications for the Ingram Micro Xvantage digital platform. The role focuses on .NET Core, React, SQL databases, testing, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery, with additional exposure to cloud, DevOps, and AI tools.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack web application features.
• Build reusable responsive front-end components with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and data-access components.
• Create unit and integration tests and participate in peer code reviews.
• Support GCP deployments, CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based development, and application monitoring.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and troubleshoot application defects.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core/C#, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, microservices, testing, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Knowledge of Git, cloud platforms, debugging, secure coding, and clean-code principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application development.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, AI/GenAI concepts, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or intelligent search.
