Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery, and set development standards that ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.

What you'll do

• Act as the SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• 15 years of full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within SAP HCM environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for enterprise applications.
• Competence in troubleshooting complex software issues and implementing effective solutions.
