What you'll do

• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.
• Oversee the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions.
• Guide and support teams throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Ensure development practices meet organizational goals.
• Ensure code quality, scalability and performance in complex software projects.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
• Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
• Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
• Ability to ensure code quality, scalability and performance in complex software projects.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide innovative technical solutions.
