Custom Software Engineering Lead

Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery, and set development standards to ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.

What you'll do

• Oversee the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software projects.
• Guide teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and software quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing cost accounting and management accounting solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for custom software engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
