Overview

Lead the design, build and configuration of applications as the primary point of contact, acting as the subject matter expert and managing the team.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, construction and configuration of software applications.
• Act as the subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions and contribute on key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.
• Ensure applications meet the required specifications and standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Experience in integrating various software components to create cohesive solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
