Architect - Application Development N 4D

Overview

Architect role in Application Development at Genpact, designing and implementing software architecture for large-scale applications and providing technical leadership to development teams.

What you'll do

• Design and implement software architecture for large-scale applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design specifications
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to determine their relevance and potential impact on the overall architecture
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues proactively
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality and performance metrics are met
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering
• Required skills include Agile Methodology, Business Analysis, Change Management, Design Thinking, and Client Relations
• English language proficiency at C2 (Proficient)

Nice to have

• Certifications: AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Certified Power Platform App Maker Associate, Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I
