Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery, and set development standards for code quality, scalability and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions; provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions within broader systems.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address technical challenges or risks.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
• Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
• Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective, scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in software engineering.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• 15 years full time education.
