What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with the team and manage team performance.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
• Guide teams through design and delivery.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP Security.
• Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and identity management within enterprise environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures for software applications.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks related to software development and deployment.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements impacting software security.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues in custom software solutions.
