What you'll do

• Oversee the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions.
• Guide teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams to deliver complex projects.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• 15 years full time education.
