Custom Software Engineering Lead

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.

What you'll do

• Be an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business requirements.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years full time education is required.
• Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse (must have).
• Experience in designing and optimizing data architectures within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and management techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex data workflows and implement scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization in large-scale data systems.
