Custom Software Engineering Lead responsible for technical direction and architecture of tailored software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.

What you'll do

• Own technical direction and architectural design for custom software solutions.
• Lead teams through the development lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Set and enforce development standards to support code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to technical problems across immediate and multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom development.
• Experience setting and enforcing coding standards for maintainability and quality.
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance software aligned with business requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex deliveries.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
