Customer Engagement Specialist

Overview

Customer Engagement Specialist responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications and supporting onboarding.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve concerns.
• Respond to and initiate customer emails with clear, accurate, professional messaging.
• Act as the first point of contact for onboarding, documentation, and account status inquiries.
• Proactively communicate onboarding and account status updates to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep onboarding records accurate and complete.
• Assist customers with submitting required documents and resolving missing or incomplete information issues.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, or call center operations).
• Experience with inbound and outbound communication via phone and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication focused on clarity and professionalism.
• Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and email communication tools.
