Customer Support Executive

Overview

Customer Support Executive role providing customer service and support for business and end-consumer customers across multiple sub-families.

What you'll do

• Provide post-sale customer service and support, technical and/or non-technical.
• Handle remote customer service via phone, online chat, or text.
• Respond to high-volume, low-complexity inquiries in a call-center setting.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues (lower-volume, higher-complexity) typically performed in an office environment.
• Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments for specific customer orders (distribution center setting).
• Provide technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center.

What you'll need

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
• Moderate supervision is required.
• Ability to solve routine issues independently.
• Occasional deviations or improvements to standard procedures.
• May require vocational or basic technical education.
• Not compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
