Customer Experience Associate

Overview

Manage end-to-end customer experience for assigned 4PL accounts by coordinating supply chain operations, stakeholders, vendors, and customers. Drive service performance, issue resolution, reporting, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for operational and service matters.
• Coordinate order management, shipment planning, documentation, and delivery execution.
• Monitor on-time delivery, lead time, cost, and operational accuracy KPIs.
• Manage customer escalations and resolve supply chain risks.
• Generate performance dashboards, DSRs, and logistics reports.
• Conduct customer business reviews and present improvement plans.
• Coordinate billing, cost control, credit notes, and financial reconciliation.

What you'll need

• Any graduate qualification.
• At least 6 years of customer service experience in shipping or logistics.
• Understanding of ocean, air, road, warehousing, and customs operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Six working days per week.
