Overview

Sr. Developer role on the ServiceNow platform within Genpact's Enterprise Application team, translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality.
• Provide technical expertise and support for the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification (Axelos).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (ServiceNow).
• Required skills: ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Incident Management, ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow Sales and Order Management.
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1).
