Overview

Develop, customize and support ServiceNow applications and modules for enterprise clients, working from stakeholder requirements through to testing and platform support.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality
• Provide technical expertise and support for the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's in Software Engineering
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification (Axelos)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Required skills: ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Incident Management, ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
• English language proficiency: Advanced (C1)
