FlexFund Support Representative

Overview

The FlexFund Support Representative supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle by addressing inquiries, managing order workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. The role also identifies opportunities to improve processes and system performance.

What you'll do

• Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them through processes.
• Analyze incoming requests and determine the most effective and appropriate solutions.
• Manage order workflows from creation to completion, ensuring timely processing and proper handling.
• Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems.
• Identify, analyze, and report system bugs or operational issues based on daily workflow observations; ensure proper documentation and timely escalation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve order-related concerns.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tickets received.
• Ensure tickets are completed within one business day.
• Maintain consistent and reliable availability during scheduled work hours.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of work per QA standards.
• Achieve positive satisfaction results from agents and clients.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems, including CRM and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience working with US based business teams.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support.

Details

• Location: India.
• Workplace type: Remote.
• Requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours, 11:30 PM IST–7:00 AM IST.
• A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
• Pay range: ₹4,50,000–₹6,30,000 INR annually.
