Customer Engineer

Overview

Customer Engineer role with NCR Atleos focused on field service work as a first-line response to customer issues.

What you'll do

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems in an assigned territory.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Handle network faults and traffic, including configuration and security tasks.
• Manage remote system access.
• Organize and triage customer issues, and handle some issues before they start.

What you'll need

• Be a local candidate to a specific geographic area.
• Be authorized to work in the US.
• Be at least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• Have PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Be able to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation including prolonged daily travel and rotating/weekend shifts.
• Be able to lift/carry tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Compensation range: $40,800 to $59,200.
