Customer Experience Associate

Overview

Provide frontline customer service at a TD Canada Trust branch by processing banking transactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable banking solutions.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate non-standard activities.
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes on time.
• Explain banking solutions and processes clearly to customers.
• Support team effectiveness and personal performance development.
• Identify operational improvements that enhance customer experiences.

What you'll need

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
• Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written customer communication skills.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.

• Hours: 15.
• Pay: $22.00–$27.21 CAD.
